Job Overview

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Fleet View product, provide supervision and direction of processes and implementation of Fleet View implementation.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Getinge Online US Product Collaboration

  • Manage and report to North America DHS leadership and global Fleet View owners on KPIs as established and agreed upon.
  • Coordinate with ACT, SWIC, DHS, and Service to ensure streamlined processes are followed for sales, installation, and ongoing service. Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with DHS Commercial Operations to support Sales and Service on how customers can use Fleet View.
  • Collaborate with DHS Commercial Operations to roll out new updates and functionalities to Sales and Service, provide necessary training as needed.
  • Coordinate with DHS Commercial Operations and Legal team to ensure continued compliance as new functionalities are implemented and additional products are added to Fleet View.

Fleet View & Data Logging US Project Management and Administration

  • Manage customer database and trial contracts.
  • Coordinate new installs with customers. Work with customer IT departments to obtain necessary approvals and provide needed information regarding Fleet View connections, functionalities, and data integrity.
  • Partner with Service Technical Lead on new installs, update Technical Support team on new installs.
  • Collaborate with DHS Commercial Operations to ensure data is properly entered into SAP, add/remove users for individual customers.
  • Collaborate with DHS Commercial Operations to run aggregate data reports and provide insights on product behaviors.
  • Develop, communicate, and build consensus for operating goals that are in alignment with the division. Provide leadership to assigned staff and supervisors by communicating and providing guidance towards achieving department objectives.
  • Provide day to day leadership of team ensuring that direct staff is equipped with training and tools/information needed to complete their jobs. Implement all Talent Management processes driven from Getinge Competency Model, Core Values, and Brand Promise.
  • Using Getinge Competency Model to achieve optimal levels of personal performance and accomplishment, provide feedback and coaching to reward effectiveness and address areas of misalignment.

Coordinate with Global ACT, SWIC and DHS

  • Point of contact for new system projects.
  • Coordinate roll-out of Fleet View platform to additional Getinge product families.
  • Coordinate with DHS Commercial Operations to provide input and recommendations to global resources in regard to product updates based on customer and internal feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions offered by Global team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of related work experience in project management, software product management, providing internal and external support for a software product, software solution implementation or any combination of these.
  • Experience within the healthcare category industry preferred.
  • Experience working with Cloud Platform, Active Directory and Single Sign On

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and influence others, both direct reports and people in other departments.
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • May work extended hours during peak business cycles
  • Must be able to decipher data from computer-generated reports, software programs, technical manuals and written correspondence.
  • Must travel as required to customer sites (no more than 10%), must be able to operate an automobile (valid driver's licensed required).

Salary range: $110, ,000 depending on location and experience, + 15% bonus.
