Role Overview
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate across various departments including Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. This fast-paced program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to advance your career in fleet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong customer relationships through proactive management and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the rental division to maximize resource utilization while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to drive new business opportunities and enhance customer experiences.
- Manage operational costs and maintenance overhead, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and technician workflow for optimal efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities
- Be prepared for potential relocation within the business unit upon completion of the training program.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Previous experience in customer service and issue resolution is preferred.

Skills and Competencies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PC applications, including advanced spreadsheet and word processing software.
