Primary Purpose:

The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness and generating sales leads through retail partnerships by hiring, training, and leading a Retail Marketing Team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retail-based marketing strategies to generate sales leads.
  • Coordinate and schedule a team of Retail Marketers in the designated territory.
  • Manage budgeting and staffing levels at retail affiliates.
  • Supervise the Retail Marketing team in acquiring new sales leads.
  • Oversee retail marketing materials and equipment setup.
  • Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to enhance brand presence in the market.
  • Recruit, train, and set goals for Retail Marketers.
  • Create timelines and communication plans for organizational alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze retail metrics to assess performance and ROI.
  • Exceed sales lead targets based on established KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of successful lead generation and management experience in consumer industries.
  • Effective recruiting and training abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting and planning on a large scale.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work may be conducted in office, field, manufacturing, or construction settings.
  • Requires lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Varied work environments including indoor and outdoor settings with changing climates.
