We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager - Telecommuter (US based only) to manage the credit verifications desk queue for Real Estate Mortgage Loans.

Job Description

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Facilitate the onboarding of members into our credit and verifications programs by coordinating training sessions, setting up accounts, and providing necessary resources to facilitate a smooth transition to our products or services
  • Act as a single point of contact for credit and verification technology (Meridian Link and LOLA) – collaborate with stakeholders and distribute communications to customers regarding important product updates or other relevant information
  • Collaborate with customers to define rules and guidelines for customer service engagement based on customer's needs and preference
  • Monitor customer SLAs to identify deviations from targets or benchmarks. Proactively flag issues and collaborate with customer service team to address root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collect feedback from the customers on customer service pain points and emerging trends, and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

  • Knowledge and/or experience of the loan origination process would be extremely helpful
  • Ability to multi-task and see each task through to the end with amazing organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • TEAM player; willing to take on anything for the betterment of the TEAM
  • Client facing experience and the confidence to work directly with Clients
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Driven, with a desire to learn how to operate in an agile business operating model
  • Must have Meridianlink Credit, and credit verification interface to order credit reports and related services.
  • Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal skills, including meeting management, verbal and written communication and organization/prioritization skills.
