What You'll Do

As our Client Analyst you'll be part of the campaign team reporting to the Business Lead. We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented, numbers-driven individual who is passionate about breaking down spreadsheets and gets excited to model and share reports. If that is you, we want to talk to you As an Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to come in and make an immediate impact by using your skills to optimize campaigns and help our clients meet their key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • You will plan campaigns across programmatic platforms, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, budget and bidding strategy, and targeting
  • You will execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across all platforms on a daily basis, including monitoring, tracking, QA, and evaluating campaign performance based on client KPIs and maintaining detailed optimization logs
  • You will analyze data to perform ongoing optimizations to job content, application flows, and bids
  • You will develop and present insight-rich bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • You will contribute to improvements in processes, both technical and business, maintain and update process documentation

  • You are advanced in Excel and Google sheets (V-lookups/Pivot tables)

  • You have a disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving success
  • You enjoy being on a team and helping everyone succeed
