Client Services Account Director, Onboarding

As our Onboarding Account Director, you will lead a team of creative partners responsible for creating experiences tailored to meet our clients' corporate gifting needs. Your focus will be on guiding clients through the onboarding process, understanding their specific requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction as they embark on their partnership with us.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and measure the success of Onboarding strategies and best practices through our Customer Success Platform (Vitally), our internal platform, Notion and Metabase
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Account Management to effectively pitch Brilliant, ensuring successful client onboarding and relationships
- Have a continuous pulse on accounts providing feedback, addressing client concerns, and adjusting success strategies as necessary
- Ensure new clients meet onboarding benchmarks allowing a smooth transition into our service platform
- Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts
- Guide and ensure the success of projects of the Onboarding Creative Partners to meet and exceed company revenue goals and objectives
- Be a true expert in, and masterful communicator of, the Brilliant value prop and ecosystem
- Lead, encourage a culture of continuous learning, and provide ongoing feedback to the Onboarding team, fostering collaboration and growth
- Work cross functionally to align onboarding processes with the Leadership team as well as with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
About you:
- 3+ years management experience and demonstrated ability to grow, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives.
- Strong track record exceeding goals in a complex sales environment
- You have an anything is possible attitude and know how to take ownership of challenges we encounter and come up with creative solutions that are a win win for everyone.
- You work relentlessly to challenge yourself, always improve and thoughtfully grow, in a way that is sustainable and authentic. You build long lasting relationships that allow you to cross the finish line with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to thrive and problem solve in a fast paced, continuously evolving environment.
- Versatile communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Exposure to corporate gifting, promotional products, employee experience SaaS tools or RevOps SaaS tools (as buyer or seller)
- Experience in mid market / enterprise sales or account management
Compensation:
85 - 90k Base with 10% incentive based compensation
