  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, and diversity & inclusion throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience leading large-scale learning and leadership projects, ideally in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership development for senior executives, particularly in finance or investment banking.
  • Experience in instructional design across various formats - live, online, and hybrid.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative learning experiences that align with business goals.
  • Ability to customize content to address specific business unit needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in executive settings.
  • Proficiency in strategic problem-solving and a hands-on approach in fast-paced environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
