We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager for the North America market. The ideal candidate will have core expertise in food manufacturing sales, with a focus on nurturing and growing base business within the Snacks categories. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a holistic sales strategy to drive business growth, consistently meeting revenue and margin targets.
  • Act as the face of Kerry, understanding customer needs, priorities, and ambitions. Leverage our relevant know-how and technology portfolio to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Advocate for the customer within Kerry, informing our go-to-market strategy and optimizing production capacity for sustainable, profitable volume.
  • Defend and expand our sizable base of core business.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage a healthy pipeline of growth opportunities through market research and critical insights.
  • Prospect new accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with customers for savory and sweet snacks business.
  • Foster intimate relationships both with customers and within Kerry, facilitating cross-functional connections.
What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, sciences, or engineering fields.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in food ingredient manufacturing, specifically in Savory or Sweet Seasonings/Flavor Sales for the Snack market.
  • Preferred location: East side states of the US.
  • Self-starter with intrinsic motivation, capable of charting their own course.
  • Proficient in remote/hybrid work, collaborating effectively using digital tools (MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Comfortable with CRM tools , Seismic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong judgment, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to navigate difficult conversations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $89,175 to $134,984 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
