Salary:
Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S.
scale and, if applicable, will be adjusted to meet the locality pay or cost of living expenses of the duty location upon selection.
In this Printing Services Specialist position, you will become a key team member of Homeland Security professionals involved in planning, coordinating, and managing an agency-wide program providing CBP printing services and production.
Typical work assignments include:
Managing printing operations, processes, and procurement;
Managing the production of a wide variety of printed products, from simple informational brochures to intricate, multipage documents requiring custom design and extensive planning and consultation with the customer and vendor;
Developing cost and time estimates for printing projects;
Scheduling printing production to ensure cost effective, on-time completion; and
Inspecting printed material for quality and conformance with business partner specifications.
Term Appointment:
To meet agency needs, this position will be filled under a time-limited appointment, not-to-exceed (NTE) 2 years, This is not a permanent appointment, and does not give competitive status.
