Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients at our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound customer communications, answering incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
- Consult on customer success, advising customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs.
- Maintain working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
- Track interactions in our Customer Relationship Management system, recording customer interactions for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, including direct customer interaction.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the printing industry preferred.
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
- Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid, AZ Driver's License and dependable vehicle.
- Proper telephone etiquette and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
