Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and leading a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Develop deep understanding of key Global & Large (G&L) client digital needs and feedback through Field, Marketing, other cross-functional teams, and VOC (Voice of Customer) touchpoints, and support the product roadmap developmentSupport go to market efforts for product launches through building deep understanding of product roadmap, engaging relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, and assisting in the creation of collateral; connect the dots across GTM initiatives to make efficient decisions Support the creation of presentation materials (e.g., decks, talking points) that communicate digital transformation roadmap for both external and internal audiences at the senior leadership levelAssist in Voice of Customer efforts through partnering with colleagues to identify and resolve client issues, respond to feedback, and synthesize takeaways for relevant teamsBuild strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners across AXP's GCS organization (including Marketing, Servicing, and Sales / Account Development among others) to successfully communicate and evangelize product vision Minimum Qualifications1+ years of professional experience in digital product management Passionate about digital products Desire to have fun and work on a fast-paced, high performing team Leads work with an external perspective and keeps up with industry trendsExperience with Product Management in a matrixed, digital organization with a focus on working cross-functionally with stakeholders to communicate and evangelize product vision Global and cultural mindset; experience working with international teams and time zonesIdentifies as a self-starter and has a track record of delivering high-quality work in a structured, methodological manner High degree of accountability, integrity, and conscientiousnessHigh intellectual curiosity, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; strong expertise in business writing Keen attention to detailHighly organized, familiarity with project management techniques, frameworks, and toolsA "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for ongoing collaborationBachelor's degreePreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with GCS digital products a plusExisting relationships within GCS organization and stakeholders a plus Experience in client facing or client support roles a plus Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
