The Role: Moxxi Digital is in search of a Product Manager to spearhead our proprietary B2B2C MarTech and AdTech platform, directly reporting to the Chief Product Officer as part of our comprehensive product and yield team. Our platform empowers the acquisition, engagement, and monetization of millions of consumers each month, facilitating audience segmentation, ad serving, performance measurement, dynamic optimization, and immersive experiences. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in managing a highly technical product (experience in adtech/martech is advantageous), alongside expertise in strategic and technical writing, and will thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, transforming concepts from initial ideas through to requirements and final delivery in close collaboration with Moxxi Digital's business and engineering teams.
- Articulate product requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for your designated product area.
- Establish and manage a product roadmap for your area, including tradeoff management, alignment facilitation, and consensus building.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team, leading agile ceremonies as necessary.
- Take ownership of product delivery outcomes, including success metrics, gathering customer feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
- Plan and oversee technical projects, working with the team to set milestones, timelines, and deliverables, while negotiating scope with business and product stakeholders.
- Work in tandem with engineering and UX teams on wireframes, prototypes, and user workflows.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, business, legal, and operations teams to execute cross-functional product initiatives.
- Engage directly with Moxxi Digital's founding team on high-impact projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in product management. Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or digital publishing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles, with the capability to propose adaptations suited to the team's and product's needs.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong writing abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively with both business and engineering teams. Technical writing experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Experience utilizing both data and qualitative insights to inform product decisions and evaluate success. A willingness to acknowledge insights, regardless of their alignment with expectations.
- A strong intuition for user experience and workflow optimization, with an understanding of how to create products that engage users.
- A passion for solving complex challenges in uncertain environments, coupled with the determination to achieve results.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced settings and manage multiple projects concurrently.
