Digital Alchemy Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes through the implementation and operation of marketing automation solutions using Adobe Experience Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Success
- Understand client marketing requirements and provide technical solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with clients by delivering innovative marketing solutions.
- Technical Expertise
- Prepare and present technical demonstrations of Adobe Experience Platform products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for client projects.
- Implement Adobe Experience Platform products and ensure seamless integration.
- Business Acumen
- Analyze client data and current campaigns to identify opportunities for additional projects.
- Develop and present strategies for implementing digital campaign platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with end-to-end marketing campaigns and campaign management applications.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database relationship management.
- Experience operating Adobe Experience Platform products, including Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
