Job Overview

We're seeking a talented B2B Content Specialist with exceptional writing and editing skills. This role will be instrumental in crafting compelling and engaging content across a range of mediums (blogs, case studies, white papers, social media) to effectively reach our target B2B audience and drive business growth. This content will specifically relate to governance, risk and compliance (in areas like anonymous reporting hotlines, creating a speak-up culture, etc.).Exceptional attention to detail in content, grammar, and syntax is required.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements:

  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting and editing skills - You will work alongside Mitratech's Content team to maintain a content calendar and pace across several channels, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, direct mail, sales enablement material, engaging digital content, web copy, print, social/digital, form templates and conference event concepts and other MarCom materials.
  • The ability to deliver creative and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment - Are you able to navigate fast-paced schedules and work towards aggressive deadlines? We are looking for a versatile writer who is proficient in managing multiple task assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in corporate writing, multimedia development, or channel-specific content marketing (0-3 years) - You will be responsible for upholding Mitratech brand guidelines and best practices related to voice, tone, corporate branding specifications, and other critical content elements.
  • Industry knowledge or advanced critical thinking skills - You will be asked to monitor industry news , technologies, regulations, etc. to be able to proactively suggest relevant content topics and material to support Mitratech's Legal and HR suite, and broader GTM plan.
  • Strong team player mentality and excellent communication skills - The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, WordPress, and Hubspot (preferred) - You will work alongside the digital team to optimize copy for digital ads, social media, stage blogs, and more.
  • Strong organizational skills - You will be asked to perform routine maintenance to current materials both in print and electronic formats, and work alongside the content team to ensure proper documentation, distribution, and updating of multi-channel content.
  • Bachelor's Degree required: Journalism, Marketing/Communications is ideal.
  • A sample portfolio or submission of work will be requested.
