HPM Technical Solution Capability Manager

Identifies performance improvement opportunities for Philips customers, and architects/design solutions to address customers' needs using technologies and services from Philips and potentially external partners. Develops the solution with other domain experts while matching the customer requirements and willingness to pay.

Identifies new capabilities required to enable services, professional services and solutions for the North America market. Identifies, prioritizes and defines requirements for service, professional services and solution delivery enablement & capability development for the assigned business of scope. Change agents for global standards adoption and transformation programs.


Your role:

  • Teaming with Program leaders, BPOs/BPEs, BG Leaders and Technical Services Leaders to drive capability development and deployment roadmaps & drive adoption of the capabilities
  • Understanding Technical Solution delivery, environments, and local challenges to identify requirements for service & solution delivery enablement for technical services portfolio
  • Collaborating with product & business/function teams to identify capability gaps and requirements required for successful market launch and enablement
  • Identification of areas of services, professional services, solution & service delivery improvement
  • Operationally advance Philips solutions while meeting the timelines and deliverables of the business
  • Drive continued adoption and success throughout the delivery organization
  • Active participant in CoPs, stimulating engagement and traffic among users, and answering questions
  • Act as the point of expertise as it pertains to released services/solutions and processes when support or escalations are needed.
  • Maintain technical skills and upgrade those skills to maintain role as subject matter expert for the North American field organization
  • Expand technical skills as necessary to continue to push the boundaries of the solution and develop services before they are needed by the market.
  • Ensure any updates to field processes or field training and templates are updated as services and solutions evolve
  • Creation and updating of customer facing documentation as well as creation of any standardization and updating of Philips technical processes which provides guidance to the North American field for repeatable and professional services.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree within data science, business, finance, process improvement or engineering. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in patient monitoring
  • Demonstrated influential leadership skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication, presentation skills
  • Program/Project Management experience
  • Change Management experience
  • Supply Chain Management Knowledge
  • Demonstrated analytical and innovation skills
  • Evidence of successful teamwork working with multiple stakeholders around the globe
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement preferred
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $102,000 to $175,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
