Position Summary: The Senior Product Manager will be pivotal in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for multiple offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of specific products or domains, ensuring alignment with product strategy, roadmap, and market competitiveness.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform product direction.
- Act as a market and strategy expert for assigned products, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for designated offerings.
- Create detailed product requirements documents for both major and minor product releases.
- Drive innovation by conceptualizing new solutions, enhancing processes, and leading pilots and R&D initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively across various departments to ensure cohesive product development.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain compliance standards.
- Exemplify the company’s core values and competencies in all aspects of work.
- Note: This role involves handling sensitive data, categorizing it as a High Risk Role.
Job Scope: The incumbent will leverage extensive subject matter expertise to execute daily responsibilities with minimal supervision. This position will significantly influence strategic direction, product enhancements, and the development of new offerings. Regular interaction with senior leadership and various organizational levels is expected.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $130-140K, with specific offers reflecting the candidate's education, experience, skills, and internal equity. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunities.
