Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the local distribution center Operation's team and data analysts to ensure the labor management program is effectively implemented.
  • Develop and implement new methods to maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Support operations management in preparing for peak seasons.
  • Provide technical oversight and troubleshoot problems.
  • Establish and manage cost control systems.
  • Implement and oversee an incentive pay program for associates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of engineering experience
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Knowledge of Distribution systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge
