Application/Sales Engineer – Motion Control

Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

ü  Ensure cpc product/service quality meeting customer requirement and increase cpc sales and market share in the America market.

ü  Identify/develop new business opportunities and pursue customers to specify cpc products.

ü  Support cpcusa operation to improve the safety, efficiency and quality as needed.

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

ü   Support distribution channels. Develop OEM, system integrator businesses.  Pursue customers to specify cpc products for their applications.

ü   Update specifications and technical information to customers.

ü   Organize/attend trade shows. Pursue potential sale leads.

ü   Work closely with cpc QC system to ensure the product quality meeting customers’ requirement. This often includes setting quality criteria     Require significant traveling.                   

Skills and Experience:

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
Sales Engineer I,

ü   About 3 yrs related technical sales or AE experience.

 Sales Engineer II

ü   3-10 years related technical sales or AE experience

ü   Proven sales improvement track record

ü   Potential for developing to national technical sales manager and country manager.

OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
 
Industry Skills: robot motion control programming, auxiliary tool of the robot application. (Ex. vision, F/T sensor.)
Job skill: networking, selling, business management, problem solving.
