The Leadership and Culture Learning Partner drives learning strategy and execution for multiple cross-functional skills and capabilities, with primary focus on building enterprise-wide leadership, management, and organizational culture capability at Moderna across all career stages. This position will serve as a strategic partner to the People Platform team, ensuring that our leadership and management training aligns with the company's vision for talent management and peak performance, creating a pipeline of skilled, digital-first leaders who can drive Modernas mission forward.

Heres What Youll Do:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for leadership, management, and organizational culture development that drives peak performance in alignment with Modernas goals and the People Platforms vision of leadership excellence. Your learning portfolio will include everything from onboarding to senior executive development.Learning Design and Development: Develop, and continuously improve learning programs, utilizing the latest in learning science and technology to maximize effectiveness and engagement.Learning Facilitation: On occasion, facilitate or teach learning programs in partnership with internal and external leaders and SMEsCollaboration and Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the People Platform team, ensuring that learning programs support the development of desired leadership competencies and management practices. Advise Functional Learning Business Partners on adapting programs for their functionsTalent Management Strategy Integration: Integrate leadership and management learning programs within the broader talent management strategy to support succession planning, high-potential development, and organizational capability building.Measurement and Evaluation: Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of leadership and management learning, making data-driven decisions to enhance program impact.Innovation in Learning: Stay abreast of trends, research, and innovations in leadership and management development, applying best practices and exploring new methodologies to keep Moderna at the forefront of leadership excellence.Vendor and Resource Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support program delivery, ensuring high-quality content and delivery standards. Delegate certain learning delivery taskssuch as enrollment planning and event managementto our small internal execution team while retaining accountability for results.Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programs in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions. Excellent collaboration and partnership skills Strong project management, analytical, and evaluation skills. Practical knowledge of learning operations, including portfolio execution, vendor management, learning technologies, and learning evaluation Learning facilitation skills Heres What Youll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications) Instructional design, content development, and content curation experience Innovation in learning modalities and learner experience, including micro-learning, virtual learning, instructor-led training, learning measurement and others Expertise in leadership development and ability to translate leadership development theory and principles into effective learning programs Experience designing and delivering upskilling initiatives for digital skills, including generative AI for non-experts. Experience with learning platforms such as LMS and LxP Experience working in a matrix environment as a strategic partner across business units and functions. Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of engaging and inspiring leaders at all levels.
