Seeking an innovative leader and proven marketing specialist to develop and execute the community engagement, activation, and event strategy. Focused on creating an authentic connection between On and our local community. Highlighting the importance of relationship-building and engagement at a hyperlocal level to drive brand awareness and growth.

Your mission

– Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives.

– Develop a robust calendar of community events/activations both in-store and out of store, that drive strong attendance, engagement and impressions. Travel to key events and activities.

– You have a pulse of the consumer and community across the broader running marketplace, able to identify themes and opportunities for our broader marketing team.

– Bringing key running and training moments to life in collaboration with Tech Reps, Retail and Community Specialists teams.

– Coordinating community events, including local project management in collaboration with the community specialist, tech reps, events team and retail leadership.

– Overseeing the financial aspects of community events, including budget allocation, expense tracking, and cost optimization to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints.

– Owning communication and correspondences with cross functional teams to announce and amplify community events and key moments.

Your story

– 3+ years of experience in building connections/relationships on behalf of a brand.

– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

– Proven experience in community marketing, preferably within the sports or apparel industry.

– Proven success creating and executing community plans/tactics

– You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions, inspiring breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.

– You are able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment

– Strong knowledge of social media marketing trends, best practices, and strategies.
