Interim Manager FP&A- Systems and Processes

Our client, a multi-site healthcare company, is seeking a Manager of FP&A - Systems and Processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming financial planning and reporting tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Adaptive Planning platform, streamline forecasting processes, and roll out standard reporting packages and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to translate business requirements into actionable plans within the Adaptive Planning platform.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Manage financial and non-financial metrics (KPIs) within Adaptive, including problem-solving current metric calculations and creating new metrics.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of the Adaptive Planning platform.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise user and system documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Adaptive Planning platform by establishing and enforcing best practices for data governance.
  • Partner with IT to source data into Adaptive through the data warehouse and streamline ETL load processes ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
  • Strong financial acumen with 5+ years of financial experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in using Workday Adaptive Planning, including building models, creating reports, and administering the platform.
