Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at FP Movement. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supervising store operations and leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassadorship
    • Act as a brand ambassador and reflect the company values, partnering with the store leadership team to create an engaging experience that appeals to the FP Movement customer.
    • Create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience, encouraging the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and connecting with the customer on shared interests of wellness and fitness.
    • Actively share details to promote FP Movement events, driving engagement and participation, and supporting the execution of events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
    • Utilize technology to be well-informed on events and special offers in store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities while prioritizing service over tasks.
    • Participate in managing the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace, positivity of the team, management of the daily zone, and driving sales.
    • Take initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge, brand messaging, and how to deliver exceptional customer interactions, utilizing resources such as the Freeway, #MovingTogether hub, and Instagram.
  • Visual and Business Operations
    • Support the store management team by participating in daily office procedures, execution of operations, and store maintenance.
    • Collaborate with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing, restocking, and placement of product, maintaining FP Movement's visual and display standards, and ensuring omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately.
    • Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.
  • Communication and Relationships
    • Support an inclusive and people-first philosophy, engaging employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue, reinforce follow-through, and ensure the store team is heard and supported.
    • Stay current and collaborate with the leadership team to respond to communication, contributing to sharing information with the team and actively participating in daily meetings and chat-ins.
    • Display eagerness to develop new skills, being open and responsive to feedback, and enhance the environment through displaying optimism, positivity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Guide and develop Stylist team members, taking responsibility for own development and professional growth, and considering role replacement for career progression.
    Requirements
    • Possess a passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
    • Have experience being a team player.
    • Be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Be eager to learn and grow within the brand.
