Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm PST
- However their hours of operation are 8am-8pm 7-days a week, majority of the shifts are Mon-Fri 8-5.

Description:
- Medicare Call center - engaging with members and working with benefits, claims, all things service.
- Support for open enrollment, questions around changes to Medicare health plan for the upcoming year.
- Someone in the will be able to give advise and guidance to members around their plan and helping them understand.
- Medicare is only allowed to make changes once, so want to help provide white glove service to ensure its done right to what they want and what they need. 90% inbound and 10% outbound to provide resolutions.
- Will be handling 25-40 calls per day.
Skills:
Call center, Customer service oriented, Customer support, Microsoft office, salesforce crm, radar, health insurance, health plan
Experience:
1 year customer service call center experience within insurance, banking, hospital, medical office or other experience with extensive customer service contact.
Keyboarding skills of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy.
Proficient PC skills and prior experience in a PC environment.
Having worked with a duel monitor set up
Demonstrated ability of strong customer-service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette.
