The Associate I - Enrollment Specialist is a key member of our team at ASSURANCESD, INC., responsible for providing exceptional support to our participants and vendors. Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information on hours worked for each employee and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Read, prioritize, and summarize all correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls, to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Utilize available resources to assess participant/vendor issues and recommend valid solutions, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate team member or supervisor as needed.
  • Record details of each interaction and any actions taken on the Communications log, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a solid understanding of labor legislation and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software, is essential for success in this role.
  • Team spirit, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, and a commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures are also crucial.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar field.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and its application in a workplace setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
