Key Responsibilities- Gather information on hours worked for each employee and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Read, prioritize, and summarize all correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls, to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Utilize available resources to assess participant/vendor issues and recommend valid solutions, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate team member or supervisor as needed.
- Record details of each interaction and any actions taken on the Communications log, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a solid understanding of labor legislation and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software, is essential for success in this role.
- Team spirit, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, and a commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures are also crucial.
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and its application in a workplace setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and provide timely solutions to participant/vendor inquiries.
