Job Summary:

We are seeking an Admissions Recruiter to join our Enrollment Management Team. This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with partners, generating prospects, and assisting students through the application process. Key responsibilities include managing a recruitment territory, attending fairs, and working with internal and external partners to promote university programs and increase enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a recruitment territory to identify and engage potential students
  • Attend recruitment fairs and events to promote university programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to increase enrollment
  • Assist students through the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

Requirements:

  • Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Preferred
  • Bilingual
  • Related experience in an Admissions Office

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with computer applications and programs
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Ellucian Banner software highly desired
