This position is available to currently enrolled Clayton State University students who are looking for a part-time opportunity to gain experience in customer service and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process credit card orders in-person, over the phone, and via mail
  • Assist patrons with any questions or concerns
  • Complete tasks and projects assigned by staff members, including data entry and file organization
  • Support all concerts, including daytime, nighttime, and weekend events
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Receive and process ticket orders daily
  • Manage databases and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Be a currently enrolled student at Clayton State University
  • Music, Marketing, or Communication majors preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
