Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with Lifecycle automation strategist and CRM to build and launch campaigns
  • Help to build email templates using pre-built modules, generating links with UTMs and inputting CRM requests for advanced link needs.
  • Perform ongoing system admin and maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Own ongoing imports for campaigns as directed by strategists and approved by legal
  • Help to build, launch and maintain automated programs across channels (i.e.Pardot/Marketing Cloud)
  • Aide in organizing Lifecycle Checklists for program planning and organization
  • UTM link building, and maintenance.
  • Support in troubleshooting automation programs and targeting criteria
  • Support in QA Pre & Post Launch.
  • Own post launch documentation of final content, audience criteria and other elements for XFN partners to have a clear understanding of programs.
