As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding customer service to every guest who walks through our doors.

We are looking for both full-time & part-time Please specify in your application if you are interested in either joining part-time or full time.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival.
Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with reservations and guest room assignments.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
Resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold Marriott's high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with hotel reservation and check-in/check-out systems is a plus.
Knowledge of the Marriott brand and its commitment to guest satisfaction is a plus.
