Description: Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security Representative Senior Staff Professional / Experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to lead security compliance towards a large program located in Orlando, FL.

-As the Lead CPSO the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense policy and the 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule, and other DoD Directives as applicable.

-Duties also include completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, test plan/transportation planning, program management support, and security education.

-Knowledge of computer and communications security a plus.

Basic Qualifications:


• Extensive SAP Security experience.


• Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Must be able to effectively communicate with executive-level leadership. An extensive understanding of DoD security methodologies, policies and procedures is required.


• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners. Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.


• Candidate will be required to apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to DoD security issues and business challenges, and be able to communicate observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.


• This position requires an active Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.


• This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within a sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.

Desired Skills:

Excellent computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.

Knowledge of government data tools, e.g., NISS, DISS, JADE, Scattered Castle, or others.

Familiar with US Army policies and procedures related to ICD 705 compliance, DoD V.1-4, and Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) oversight.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret
