Warehouse Management System Trainer

As a Warehouse Management System Trainer at Cherokee Federal, you will play a vital role in training and coaching warehouse staff in the operation of SAP WMS.

Your expertise in warehouse management systems, leadership, and training will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for

Warehouse Management System Trainer:
$72,300 to $93,000 annually.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Warehouse Management System Trainer Responsibilities Include:
Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with management at all levels.
Providing over-the-shoulder coaching and training on the operation of SAP WMS after initial training sessions.
Participating in daily meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates.
Assisting in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training.
Collaborating in the development of coaching materials and training checklists to enhance training effectiveness.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Warehouse Management System Trainer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader.
Proficiency in operating a warehouse management system, specifically SAP WMS.
Familiarity with drafting and revising warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience in leading and providing technical direction to warehouse staff.
Proven track record in warehouse operations, from worker to supervisor or higher roles.
Active US Passport.
United States citizenship.

Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.

Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary for deployments to foreign locations.

Ability to maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to international locations; to include hazardous duty/combat zones.
