As the Associate Manager, Coach (Re)Loved (Sustainability) Operations, Coach, the individual in this role will assist in all operational functions for Coach (Re)Loved—Coach's circular fashion (recommerce) program aimed at keeping our products in use and out of landfills by creatively reimagining or recycling pre-loved items and giving them a second life. This associate manager will lead sourcing and authentication of for the Vintage pillar. Additionally, they will track the status of all Coach (Re)Loved units, leading cross-functional pre-launch communication to ensure a seamless go-to-market process. They will own reporting, including financial, sustainability and customer metrics and partner closely with IT on the development of tools and systems to enable Coach to further scale recommerce. They will also support the Coach Manager of Sustainability and Director of Sustainability as needed on the implementation and execution of other brand sustainability programs/projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in ecommerce or recommerce, supply chain, retail operations, master data creation and database creation and maintenance. They will also understand retail systems and workflows and have a passion for sustainability and implementing business models that reduce environmental impact and position Coach as a sustainability leader.
