Join Us as a Junior KYC Analyst

Adyen is currently seeking a Junior KYC analyst to play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our customer network in North America. As a part of this role, you will meticulously review KYC documentation, evaluate potential risks, and conduct essential due diligence to safeguard Adyen and its clientele. The ideal candidate should possess superb attention to detail, critical thinking skills, a focus on scalability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders at Adyen and our customers to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct KYC checks on (sub-)merchants, validate and cross-check pertinent documentation, and refine process workflows
  • Engage directly with merchants, serving as the primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries
  • Act as an internal proponent of the product, monitor product workflows, and contribute to the platform by relaying merchant feedback and addressing issues
  • Offer expert guidance on onboarding-related inquiries within the local office
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience (inclusive of internships and extracurricular activities)
  • Demonstrated sense of accountability and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Naturally inquisitive with a penchant for innovative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong team player, willing to step out of your comfort zone
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Derive satisfaction from resolving operational challenges and supporting others
  • Interest in Onboarding/KYC/CDD processes and operational workflows
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
