This role requires onsite presence for specific days of the week, with a flexible daily schedule that will be established in advance.


Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is between $22 and $24.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and reconcile financial data to ensure compliance with over 60 individual country regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee the accurate close-out of financial activities, ensuring transparency and compliance with all associated costs and events.
  • Guarantee adherence to all applicable US and international laws and company protocols when engaging with global Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs).
  • Facilitate accurate reporting of all Transfer of Value (TOV) transactions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Meet all reporting deadlines on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with precise data submissions.
  • Implement and uphold effective monitoring policies and procedures, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Stay informed about the Sunshine Act and global transparency reporting requirements to address data quality issues.
  • Act as a resource for transparency-related inquiries and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, liaising with vendors as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports and assist with audit documentation and month-end closing processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong data entry skills, particularly in Excel, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership of responsibilities.
