Salary Range for this position is $45,000. Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Clinical Services, Client Services Associate

This entry-level position in Clinical Services is crucial for operational facilitation. Responsibilities include sorting specimens pre- and post-analytically to ensure proper distribution. The role also encompasses supporting record-keeping through tasks like filing and scanning. Compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures is essential, with duties defined by supervisors. Specific tasks include addressing emails from the Sales Force, clients, and other departments, making follow-up calls to pathology labs regarding sample status, organizing orders and samples upon FedEx delivery, and returning samples to pathology labs post-testing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent work experience.One year of administrative experience.Actively displays characteristics that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.*Please see the attached job description for additional roles, responsibilities, and requirements.
