Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of client services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
  • Oversee Operations: Oversee the operations of the client services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure that all client services activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all quality assurance standards are met.
  • Communicate with Clients: Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Manage Budgets: Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure that the client services department is operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or management.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a client services or operations environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
