Customer Relations:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Address and resolve questions and requests from Agent Partners efficiently.
- Implement best practices in customer service to improve overall client satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
Process Optimization:
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for policy servicing and customer request handling.
- Monitor workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify and execute process enhancements to boost efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure the agency's compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as necessary.
Client Engagement:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Communicate policy updates, changes, and other significant information to clients.
Qualifications:
- A valid Pennsylvania Insurance Producer license is required, with a grace period for acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance agency operations, particularly in policy servicing and customer support.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
