Conduct online, field, or direct observation research to recommend and determine effectiveness as well as the consumer satisfaction of promotion and/or marketing strategy. Essential Functions

  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing analytics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies that deliver actionable insights.
  • Distill complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for many departments throughout the enterprise.
  • Draft and manage strategic plan for site, product, business development, or service promotion.
  • Manages or operationalize product, service or program campaign.
  • Conduct and evaluate insight research to ensure effectiveness of campaign and end-to-end consumer experience.
  • Support a governance model for creation, distribution, management, and approval of content in printed or electronic formats and/or mediums.

Physical Requirements

Requires walking, standing, bending or moving around campus and/or other facilities. Requires the ability to drive and operate a personal vehicle. Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. Requires the occasional lifting of documents or supplies.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science. Master's preferred. 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization. Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization. Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
