As a key player in our organization, you will serve as a consultant, leveraging your expertise to shape and influence initiatives that address complex business and technical requirements within Technology Business Services Consulting.

Your role will involve strategizing and resolving intricate challenges that necessitate thorough evaluation across various domains, delivering solutions that are sustainable, expansive, and demand foresight, creativity, innovation, along with advanced analytical and inductive reasoning skills.

In this capacity, you will provide insights to senior leadership on pioneering Technology Business Services Consulting solutions. You will engage strategically with client personnel to foster effective communication and collaboration.


Essential Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience in the Communications & Engagement function, particularly in support of CxO, Risk & Regulatory Accountability, and Platform Management Business Services Leaders, collaborating closely with the EFT Communications & Engagement Team. This role will operate within a hub & spoke model, focusing on communications, engagement, and executive routines across CxO, Risk & Regulatory Accountability, and Platform Management organizations, supporting multiple senior leadership team members.
  • Key responsibilities will include updating the EFT organizational chart, leading internal communications, formulating and executing the communications strategy across the team, managing executive routines, coordinating significant events, producing all-hands meetings, Ask Me Anything sessions, and serving as the point of contact for critical talking points. You will also participate in the Communications & Engagement Community of Practice to provide insights on best practices, lessons learned, and areas for enhancement.
