We're looking for an experienced enterprise Project Manager that oversees and manages large-scale, complex projects within the organization, primarily focused on North America region. You should have a strong understanding of Travel and Insurance business strategy, project management, resource allocation, risk management and internal / external stakeholder communication.

This role will lead initiatives that may include, but not limited to:


• E2E Program implementation


• Deploying new systems and digital solution


• Strategy development for the North American Travel Insurance and other lines of busine


• Supporting transversal initiatives working jointly with the Commercial, Operations and Executive Committee

Dimension of role:

1. Lead and manage large-scale projects with a strategic focus on profitability increase and risk mitigation.

2. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget and resource requirements.

3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and contribute to profitability growth.

4. Identify and analyse potential project risks, developing and executing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

5. Effectively communicate status and escalate issues as necessary to stakeholders and executive leadership.

6. Coordinate creation and execution of business cases, return of investment and other financial analysis.

7. Drive continuous improvement with Lean and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications


• A minimum of 5-year experience with proven successful record executing large-scale projects with focus on strategic planning, profitability increase and risk mitigation.


• Scrum Master or PMP certification, required.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate risk effectively.


• Excellent communication skills with a minimum of 3 years' experience working with external clients.


• Proficient in English and French, required.
