About the Role:
As an integral part of the healthcare team, the Registered Nurse (RN) at Parkland leverages the nursing professional practice model to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Through the nursing process, the RN conducts patient assessments, formulates individualized care plans, and monitors patient responses. Transitioning patients through the healthcare journey efficiently and effectively is a key aspect of this role, delegating interventions based on established guidelines and competencies.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience
- Preferably experienced in an acute care setting
Certifications and Skills:
- Current, valid RN license

- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills
