About the Position:

  • Position Title: Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager
  • Reports To: Franchisee/ District Manager/ Director of Operations

A Multi-Unit Leader (MUL) plays a pivotal role in providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to a group of 5-8 restaurants. They collaborate with Restaurant Managers to maintain operational excellence, enhance sales and profitability, uphold outstanding guest service, and ensure adherence to Brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties of restaurant team members and managers
  • Ensure all restaurants meet operational and food safety standards
  • Analyze sales data to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competition
  • Collaborate with franchise owners and managers to set and achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent guest service and address any issues
  • Conduct team meetings and trainings
  • Develop business plans and action strategies
  • Cultivate a clear vision and effective communication within the team
  • Engage with Dunkin Brands Field Operations team as needed

Management Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers
  • Oversee and assess employee performance
  • Lead and support the Restaurant Management team
  • Coach managers to boost sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong understanding of math and financial management
  • Previous experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality
  • College degree is a plus
