What will you do?
As a Project Manager, Talent Development, you will play a critical role in driving talent-related initiatives within our organization. Working with the Director, Global Talent Development & Talent Process, your primary focus will be on project managing key aspects of Talent Development (TD). This includes performance management processes, quarterly check-in meetings, and the redesign of new talent development initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, regions, HR, and leadership to ensure successful execution, meaningful user experience, and continuous improvement aligned to our organizational and people strategies.
Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more:
Proactively develop, maintain and execute end-to-end project plans for talent core process. Core processes: performance management, quarterly conversations, growth pathways/talent development & assessment, critical value roles, succession planning, individual development planning Project plan elements: research, timelines, design, technology enablement, testing, stakeholder management, change management, training, communications, after action reviews/continuous improvement. Evaluate existing talent processes and initiatives for effectiveness and impact, tracking measures and sub-measures Facilitate after-action review meetings with stakeholders to understand opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate and seamlessly communicate with stakeholders to partner and activate the project plans. This includes TD Leadership, HR CoEs, Corporate Communications, Regions, HRBPs, and leadership and associates as applicable. Develop meeting agendas and cadence, including meeting minutes, action items. Sustainably maintain project documentation and resources, accessible for audiences as applicable before, during and after project/program launch. Maintain budgets and work with external vendors as applicable. - Partner to support of strategic talent projects/initiatives as needed. Act as a team member on other special projects as needed, including content design and delivery of learning initiatives and programs. What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements in HR, talent development, talent management, project management, business transformation, or related area. .

$74,400.00 USD - $93,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
