Job Summary:

The Center for Creative Leadership is seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Operations Leadership, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic priorities for initial global operations onboarding, as well as emergent and annual capability development. This role will oversee the understanding and adherence of operations and processes for scheduled work across various business lines and products globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Global Operations leaders to understand needs relative to global talent identification, interviewing, and selecting Operations candidates.
Plan and execute a comprehensive onboarding plan for Operations roles across lines of business and globally.
Responsible for leading all onboarding activities for the Operations teams, including monitoring process performance of all new hires globally.

Capability Development:

Create and execute a global capability development strategy for Global Operations.
Confirm specific assessment, content, process, and methodology development needs for Global Operations roles - individually and collectively.
Identify aggregate competency strengths and gaps for each role - individually and collectively. Propose, plan, and execute corresponding capability development globally.

Global Operations Support:

Lead direct reports to ensure strategic connection and support of Global Operations.
Provide daily direction regarding system and process expectations and accuracy.
Execute strategic direction of global implementation, including allocation of talent and integration of work and work systems.

Business Process Owner:

Accountable for being the Business Procedure Owner for assigned implementation procedures globally.
Global Operations team single point of contact for the GBPO team.
Partner with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to document the process/procedure mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, metrics, and process performance metrics, and the measures that are aligned with the global organization strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
3+ years' experience in a business manager, program manager, or senior level project manager role.
3+ years supervisory experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

The Center for Creative Leadership offers a competitive salary range of $79,933 - $110,000, commensurate with relevant qualifications and professional experience.
