Member Duties : The AmeriCorps position of UW Farm Food Security Lead for the season is focused on urban farming for both academic learning in urban farming and food systems and helps to alleviate food insecurity on campus and in the city of Seattle. The candidate assists with all farming activities, volunteer recruitment and management, leading groups and distributing produce via a CSA, donations to food banks and pantries, and to campus dining.
