The Administrative Assistant is a full time position and will be responsible for the reception and administrative support for a fast pace office to include working closely with coworkers to produce flyers and social media management. This is in Columbus, GA and is a direct hire position.

Responsibilities:
Accurately input and manage data in various database systems, ensuring completeness and correctness of information. Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions as needed. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, for team members as required. Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and compile and distribute meeting minutes as necessary. Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized, including common areas and meeting rooms. Address and resolve routine administrative issues promptly and efficiently, seeking assistance from supervisors when needed. Record Keeping. Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and other relevant documents, adhering to company policies and procedures. Follow company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, security, and compliance at all times.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
