We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager/AI Products, to launch and enhance critical AI-enabled product workflows at Alight. This role directly impacts Alight's performance, with in-scope products expected to grow share and reduce our cost-to-serve of specific HR solutions.

What you'll Need:

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct both quantitative as well as qualitative discovery (e.g., analyze usage trends and speak with clients in a self-service fashion, respectively, to uncover valuable insights)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with an agile engineering team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage toward a particular metric/ KPI
  • Demonstrated empathy towards colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to product-manage AI products (e.g., translating customer needs into optimization functions, familiarity with recall/ precision trade-offs, model training/ testing/ evaluation principles, bias considerations)
  • Experience in HR-, healthcare-, and retirement-related products a plus
  • Ability to conduct analytics using more technical tools like SQL, python, Pandas, Google Analytics, etc a plus
  • Experience operating in engineering- and product-transformation contexts a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to/ passion for creating compelling demo experiences of AI engines a plus

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $164,000.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $268,400.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
