We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer, Sr. to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative training programs that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in meeting business objectives.
- Curriculum Design: Create curricula that are aligned with business needs and are delivered through a variety of formats, including instructor-led training, online learning, and blended learning.
- Project Management: Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that training programs meet business needs and are delivered effectively.
- Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on adult learning strategies and online learning.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with e-learning platforms, video/audio editing software, and Adobe Suite; familiarity with SCORM compliant courses and learning management systems.
