We are seeking a Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our pre-press and print services. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the book, comic, and zine and other print markets.
- Product Development: Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones. Ensure products are designed with the end-user in mind, focusing on quality, usability, and efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs and preferences. Work with the sales and marketing teams to communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and ensure milestones are met. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the print or publishing industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of pre-press and print processes, excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
