Description

An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Full-Time, Day and Night shifts available for a variety of specifications

Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment- this is in addition to fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin in your first day of employment.

Nursing Float Pool: $5000.00

Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify

Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)

Preferred qualifications:

  • upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
