About the Role:
An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health offers a structured pathway to transition into a new nursing specialty through a comprehensive curriculum, mentorship from seasoned preceptors, and practical learning experiences.
Who Should Apply:
This opportunity is ideal for registered nurses with over 12 months of continuous experience who are eager to explore a new specialty. The Providence Clinical Academy is designed to support your journey.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time positions are available, with options for both Day and Night shifts across various specialties.
Incentives:
Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus, in addition to an attractive benefits and compensation package that begins on your first day of employment.
Float Pool Incentive:
A $5000.00 bonus is available for nursing float pool positions.
Relocation Assistance:
Qualified applicants may also be eligible for relocation support.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in the area of specialty is preferred upon hire.
